Corp sees record revenue” – The Corp saw a significant increase in revenue in Fiscal Year 2007, largely due to the addition of Flex Dollars (money that comes with a student’s meal plan) as accepted tender at Corp Services.

Midnight Madness buys carbon offset” – The Corp partnered with Georgetown University Student Association (GUSA) to sponsor the carbon neutrality of the Fall 2009 Midnight Madness

Davis Center to see cafe” – The Corp is currently pursuing an agreement with the University to open a Cafe in the Davis Performing Arts Center.

Corp drops Book Co-Op” – The Corp Board of Directors made the decision last year to close its Book Co-Op service.

The Corp should charge for plastic bags” – An Editorial from the Georgetown Voice describing the Corp’s green efforts. In January 2010, a 5 cent plastic and paper bag tax was implemented in the District of Columbia.
